So, the shooting pain has disappeared and my heartbeat is (strangely) back to normal. So, I've cancelled my appointment tomorrow. It's strange isn't it, that when things reach such a state that you worry till you take some action, then it goes away.
Anyhow, I'll do some of my own monitoring for a while before deciding the next step!

I would say go and get it checked out anyway ... but I do understand about the 'how can I tell the doctor about this problem when the problem has gone away' ... keke ..
